Control technology:
Two grating rulers (Y1-Y2) are installed at both ends of the machine tool to measure the precise distance between the upper slider and the worktable. The encoder is connected to a table to prevent the deformation of the side frame from affecting its position. The position data is immediately sent to the control system to calculate and output signal control values (S1-S2). If there is even a slight positioning error, the CNC system will perform necessary calibration on the two servo valves, ensuring that the worktable and slider are always in a balanced state.
